Absolutely stunning. Decay, futility and flirting with escape.
I am sorry to hear about the loss of your friend.

Edit:
Art serves very much the same function for me. It is a powerful liberator, helps process things from new angles. You're doing great.

GEspinozaT responds:

Thank you so much pal, Producing art helps me cope with and rethink some situations of this type; it's almost an introspective exercise in these months.

Have to plan everything out meticulously. I like the new more striking pallette. :-]

Ozdraws responds:

Thank you! It was quite fun devising this color scheme! Just thinkin' it over. :]

Happy days and waning self restraint. Thank you.

Ozdraws responds:

All the more fun when you've got someone to enjoy them with! You're welcome!

"Charity", but it hurts.
Still, best not bite the hand that feeds. :-)

It turned out splendid, friend .

Ozdraws responds:

Just give what you can, and get what you are given. :]

Thank you very much, friend.

Their gazes fire off everywhere and nowhere, reverberating against the confines of their pallid yet raucous purgatory.

Ozdraws responds:

Alas, their unending gaze knows no bounds beyond their celestial waiting room.

Great job on the perspective in the mirror and the dark, intense lighting.

Is that a hitachi in the foreground?

rottendottcom responds:

...yes.....

Vespers and biological fibers, amazing to see the unsheathing of the inner self from its confines through your work. Or maybe some metamorphosis into a greater, less restrained form.
It is innervating. I love it so dearly and feel blessed to have discovered it today.

venus22j2 responds:

ive been mulling over your comment for an hour now and this is quite possibly the best compliment I've ever received. Ill never recover, and I mean that in the most sincerely sycophantic way possible

I adore the bloody and almost flesh like texture on this.

GEspinozaT responds:

Thank You so much n.n

It felt satisfying seeing the full scene after opening the preview, great way to play into feverish little expectations of the brain. The mottled blues and greens from the desaturated color wash really make the stark lighting give an inhuman edge to the characters. It seems both are the same individual, with one side oppressing the other. Quite a fun concept. Primary critique would be that the glasses would cast a different shadow, possibly with a red tint, that doesn't appear present - this stands out considering you have defined very intense shadows elsewhere. It does not detract from the overall visual though, so still a fine drawing!

cawfeezillah responds:

Yooo, thank you so much! Love the little analysis here and I love it when people look into my work like this. This whole piece was built on a meme, so it was bound to look like that from the start LOL. I'll definitely try to keep that last part in mind. I'm still experimenting with colors and a whole lot of other junk, so things tend to look a little wacky. But again, muchas gracias!

Dark, gritty and imposing. Would certainly check this over if it were at a music store.

GEspinozaT responds:

Thank You so much!
